1. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrival after wheels roll or inability to attend for any reason does not qualify for a refund or transfer the registration to any other ride.
2. Cycling involves inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Hike N Cyc and its organizers are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or unforeseen incident during the ride.
3. Rental cycles must be collected in person by the participant and will not be issued to another person.
4. Please bring your original CNIC for rental-cycle issuance.
