🎟️ Registration Fee: PKR 500 per person
🍛 Refreshments: Biryani + cold drink included
🚲 Rental Cycle: PKR 1,500 per cycle
If you have your own cycle then you can pay 500/- registration fee and can join us. But if you need a rental cycle then you have to pay 1500/- rent for the cycle + 500/- registration fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late arrival after wheels roll or inability to attend for any reason does not qualify for a refund or transfer of registration to another ride.
2. Safety and Personal Responsibility
Cycling involves inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Participants must follow traffic rules and the ride organizers’ safety instructions. Hike N Cyc and its organizers disclaim responsibility for injuries, accidents, loss, damage, or unforeseen incidents to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Rental Cycle Collection
Rental cycles must be collected in person by the registered participant. Cycles will not be issued to another person on their behalf.
4. Registration Fee and Food
Biryani and a cold drink are provided as complimentary refreshments as part of the ride arrangements. Registration and rental charges cover the organization and facilitation of the ride, not solely the food. Registration payment is mandatory, and no refund will be provided if a participant does not receive or chooses not to consume the refreshments for any reason.
