This June, Kizuna Therapy invites you into a therapist-led creative experience unlike anything you have attended before.
Through mindfulness, guided reflection, and a hands-on activity we are not fully revealing just yet, you will spend two intentional hours exploring both sides of who you are.
No artistic experience needed. No pressure to share more than you want to.
Just you, a small group of people, and a space designed to feel genuinely safe.

Spots are limited and go through a brief screening process, not to make things complicated, but because your safety and the safety of everyone in the room matters to us. This is a mixed group, and we want to make sure the space is right for everyone who walks in.
